Mausam Bihar 1.3

"Mausam Bihar" is a mobile application developed by the Bihar Mausam Sewa Kendra, part of the Planning and Development Department of the Government of Bihar. Its primary purpose is to provide customized weather information, forecasts, and advisories directly to users.

The application is designed to deliver:

1. Live Weather Information: This feature relies on data collected from a network of Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) at the block level and Automatic Rain Gauge Stations (ARG) at the panchayat level.
2. Weather Forecasts: These forecasts are generated using an experimental WRF model developed in collaboration with the Space Applications Centre (ISRO-SAC) in Ahmedabad.
